Rooted in sales and passionate about digital marketing & entrepreneurship, Antista has built a reputation for helping SMBs in the youth sports industry. He spent five years opening up remote offices across the U.S. for David Wilson & Associates but in 2010, followed his entrepreneurial vision and Co-Founded Go Pro Workouts with fellow Bentley University alums.  GPW brought pro-athlete workouts, nutrition, and mental training programs to the IOS world well ahead of today's online/digital fitness boom. Raising angel funding, the team partnered with more than 25 pro athletes, traveled the U.S. on a content aggregation mission, and amassed hundreds of thousands of users. After seven years, Jared left GPW to lead digital at the world-famous, IMG Academy. Here he oversaw website performance, paid media, and social media teams. Next, Antista created and lead the marketing department for Legacy Global Sports which owned/operated dozens of youth sports companies across all sports and sectors. In 2019, Jared once again dipped his toes into the start-up world and launched Integrity Over Income, a digital marketing company. In just one year the company surpassed the seven-figure revenue milestone and is now flourishing with 19 FTEs and 30 youth sports clients.
